Arielle Padover joined Sentinel in 2024 as Vice President, Legal & Compliance. Previously, she spent five years at Willkie Farr & Gallagher as an Associate in the Corporate and Financial Services group, representing public and private companies in general corporate and securities law matters, including debt and equity offerings and corporate governance compliance. Arielle holds a JD from Cornell Law School and a BS in management, cum laude, from Tulane University. She is also a member of the New York Bar.
