123Dentist is one of the largest dental support organizations (DSOs) in Canada. As a dentist-led organization, it offers dentists seamless integration into the 123Dentist platform—limiting the customary pain points of joining a DSO—as well as more opportunities for career advancement and mentorship.

Sentinel’s investment in 123Dentist began when we acquired Altima Dental in 2016. The 2022 merger of Altima and 123Dentist created a DSO with a network of 350 clinics servicing all of Canada and every major metropolitan market. The newly formed entity delivers exceptional access to high-quality dentistry to more than 800,000 patients, with more than 2.5 million patient visits annually.
