Paul Murphy

Paul Murphy, Partner, joined Sentinel in 2000. Over the past three decades, he has established himself as a successful midmarket private equity investor. Before Sentinel, Paul was a Director at Dilmun Investments, the U.S. private equity affiliate of Bahrain International Bank. At Dilmun, he focused on originating, structuring, and executing private equity investments in lower midmarket companies.

Previously, he was an Associate in the Merchant Banking Group of Chase Manhattan Bank, where he focused on private equity and subordinated debt investments in lower midmarket companies. Paul holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BS from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He served in the U.S. Army for five years as an Artillery officer in a Light Infantry Division, where he attained the rank of captain.
