Altima Dental Centers

As one of the largest dental services organizations (DSOs) in Canada, Altima’s network included clinics in six provinces when Sentinel invested. Altima-affiliated practices had an excellent reputation for a broad suite of convenient services, high-quality dental services, and always putting patients first. Altima offered patients high-quality dentistry services at competitive prices in friendly, well-appointed dental clinics.

In its six-year partnership with Sentinel, Altima performed well despite Covid-related challenges. We helped Altima create a national platform, build a powerful dentist-centric model, and grow from 45 clinics to 117. In 2022, Altima Dental was merged with 123Dentist Corporation. The combination, named “123Dentist,” is the second-largest DSO in Canada, with 350 clinics in nine provinces. Sentinel continues as an investor in 123Dentist.
