Northeast Dental Management

Northeast Dental Management (“NEDM”) is a leading provider of office support services to dental clinics in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. When Sentinel invested, NEDM provided more than 100 affiliated dentists and their practices with services such as staffing, human resources, purchasing, accounting/finance, and information technology. NEDM’s affiliated clinics offer patients a full suite of high-quality dental care services at competitive prices in friendly, well-appointed clinics. Most clinics are in suburban retail and business locations.

Backed by Sentinel, NEDM added 24 clinic affiliations that grew its office count from 29 to 65 and expanded its footprint from four to seven states. In less than four years, NEDM’s revenue and profits more than doubled. Having achieved our investment objectives, Sentinel sold NEDM in 2016 to private equity-backed Dental Care Alliance.
