Precision Pipeline Solutions (“PPS”) serves natural gas and electric utilities with a broad range of critical technical services that enable utilities to maintain and operate their infrastructures. PPS’s services include inspecting, repairing, replacing, and maintaining natural gas and electric transmission, distribution, and generation systems as well as providing specialized consulting and auditing services. PPS’s clients include several of the largest Northeast utilities.

Backed by Sentinel, PPS grew rapidly and almost tripled in size. In 2014, after Sentinel achieved substantially all our investment objectives, PPS was sold to a strategic buyer.
