In the four years we owned Apex, it grew organically and acquired four businesses that broadened its geographic coverage, expanded its service offerings, and diversified its end markets. In 2023, after Sentinel achieved our investment objectives, we sold Apex to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Sentinel continues as an investor in Apex. Apex remains well positioned to continue growing under new ownership and the leadership of its superb management team.
