Our investment in LTI Boyd began with Sentinel’s acquisition of LTI Flexible Products. With Sentinel as its partner, LTI grew by almost fivefold, organically and through three acquisitions, and its EBITDA nearly quadrupled. In 2012, LTI Boyd was sold to another private equity firm.
