Fasloc is a leading manufacturer of specialized underground mine roof support systems. Fasloc’s polyester resin cartridges permanently install roof support bolts in mines to create stable, secure roofs. Fasloc has a history of innovation, and its Fasloc and Cableloc brands are premium products with superior technology elements.
Fasloc’s profitability grew significantly during our investment period. In 2007, after achieving substantially all of our investment objectives, Sentinel sold Fasloc to DSI USA, an affiliate of Germany-based DYWIDAG-Systems International.
