Inscape focused on the $13 billion+ corporate and government training industry, which was growing rapidly. With a global network of more than 2,000 consultancies, Inscape provided employee assessment and development applications to more than 135 Fortune 500 companies and several agencies of the federal government. Inscape was a pioneer in developing products and services that address the growing importance of human capital as a competitive advantage.

In 2012, after achieving substantially all of its investment objectives, Sentinel sold Inscape to John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
